Shipping policy

Shipping days are Monday through Thursday only, and Monday through Wednesday for vaccines. For same day shipping, orders must be received by 2 pm on Monday - Thursday. Orders are not shipped on Friday to prevent cold ship items from sitting in shipping facilities on Sundays. Our store at 120 S. Greene Rd, Goshen, IN, 46526 is still open on Fridays for local purchases and pickup.Vaccine Shipping Policy:

We use the shipping method that you select at checkout. Cold packs are included with vaccine orders at no extra charge. However, we strongly suggest selecting NEXT DAY shipping for vaccines. When selecting GROUND SHIPPING or even SECOND DAY SHIPPING, vaccines could arrive warm, especially in the warmer summer months. Vaccines are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please be sure you are selecting the shipping option that you are comfortable with.

Vaccines are only shipped Monday through Wednesday to prevent them from sitting in shipping facilities over the weekend. If your order is placed after 2 pm on Wednesday then regardless of shipping option selected the vaccines will not be shipped until the following Monday to ensure the greatest chance of them arriving cold.

Shipping Locations:

Items primarily ship from our main warehouse in Goshen, IN. We can ship orders to all states in the U.S except for Hawaii, Alaska, California, and New York, due to shipping and drug restrictions in certain states. Drug restrictions change often. If you have ordered an item that can no longer be shipped to your state you will be notified via phone or email and a refund will be issued. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Freight Shipping:

Most products available through our website are small and do not require freight shipping. However, if you are looking to place a bulk order it may exceed 150 lbs. In this case, freight shipping will need to be arranged through our Goshen office. Call us at 574-534-2626 to place an order that requires freight shipping.
