This California Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to residents of California. It is provided under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”).

2. Where it comes from
· Directly from you (orders, account signup, forms, email/SMS signup).
· Automatically as you use our sites, through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
· From service providers and advertising partners (e-commerce platform, analytics, and marketing vendors).
3. Why we use it
Fulfilling orders and providing support; operating and securing our sites; analytics and improving our services; marketing and advertising, including email/SMS and online advertising; and complying with legal obligations.
4. How we disclose it: including selling and sharing
We disclose personal information to service providers who process it on our behalf (payment processing, shipping, our e-commerce platform, email/SMS providers).
We also use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising. Under the CCPA, our use of certain advertising cookies and pixels to deliver targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered “selling” or “sharing” personal information. Specifically:
· Categories involved: identifiers (including cookie/device IDs), internet/network activity, and inferences.
· Recipients / partners: Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook, Google Tag Manager, Hubspot & possibly others
· We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16.

6. How to exercise your rights
· Opt out of sale/sharing: use our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link, available in our website footer.
· Global Privacy Control: we honor opt-out preference signals (such as GPC) sent by your browser.

· We will verify your identity before responding, and you may use an authorized agent. We’ll respond within the timeframes the CCPA requires (generally 45 days).

We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law.

4. How we disclose your information
We disclose personal information to service providers who process it on our behalf: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), our payment processor, and our email/SMS marketing provider (Privy).
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Depending on configuration, this may be considered “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA:

· Categories potentially shared: identifiers (cookie/device IDs), internet/network activity.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC)
If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information for that browser and device — you do not need to take any further action.
What opting out does and doesn’t do
· It stops us from sharing your browsing activity with advertising partners (such as Google and Meta) for targeted advertising.
· It does not stop essential cookies needed to run the site, remember your cart, or process your order.
· It does not delete your account or unsubscribe you from emails — manage those separately in your account settings or via the unsubscribe link in our emails.
· You may still see advertising, but it will not be targeted based on your activity across sites.
Submitting a request on someone’s behalf (authorized agents)
You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof that you gave them signed permission to act for you, and may ask you to verify your own identity directly with us.
