ABOUT VPSI PHARMACY
VPSI Pharmacy is a closed-door pharmacy located in Goshen, Indiana. Since 2017, we have been providing prescription products for livestock, equine, and small animals through our pharmacy. All prescription drugs are shipped or delivered directly to our customers. Arrangements can be made to pick up products at any of our VPSI locations.
We cannot sell prescription drugs or veterinary feed directive (VFD) products online. The instructions below are for customers of our physical locations and VPSI Sales Reps only. We also do not sell narcotics. We apologize for the inconvenience.
HOW TO SUBMIT PRESCRIPTIONS
There are 2 ways our customers can submit prescriptions to our pharmacy.
Please read through the instructions below:
Option 1:
Submit your original handwritten prescriptions to us from your veterinarian.
You can do this by giving the prescription to your VPSI Sales Rep or mailing it to our pharmacy (address below).
Option 2:
You can also have your veterinarian submit your prescription.
If it’s the first time your veterinarian will be running a prescription for you through VPSI Pharmacy, then they need to mail the original, handwritten prescription to the pharmacy.
After your veterinarian has submitted the first prescription for you they will be associated with your account in our system. They can then call, fax, or email future prescriptions in addition to the option of mailing them to the pharmacy address below.
Your prescription and order will be processed, and the product will be delivered to you as soon as possible. Once your prescription is on file, we can supply you with the Rx product as you need it. Your vet can authorize prescriptions for a period of up to one year.

HOW TO ORDER VETERINARY FEED DIRECTIVES (VFD)
VFDs do not need to go through the pharmacy. For VFD forms and instructions, head to our Customer Forms and Resources page.

COMPLIANCE
Our closed-door pharmacy is in strict compliance with FDA, State Board of Animal Health, and Pharmacy Board regulations and guidelines. We closely monitor law changes regarding animal health products so we can continue providing our customers with the Rx products they need to keep their animals healthy.
