We are happy to announce that VPSI Pharmacy is officially open! Through VPSI Pharmacy we can continue to supply you with the products you have always gotten from us that switched to Rx status. We are also able to carry products through our pharmacy that we couldn’t before due to prescription status. This means that we can now be your one-stop-shop for prescription and over the counter drugs and health supplies, without you ever needing to step foot in a pharmacy or vet clinic!

Note: At this time, we cannot sell prescription products or VFD products online. These instructions are for customers of our physical locations and sales staff. We apologize for the inconvenience.

VPSI Pharmacy is a closed door pharmacy. Prescription products will be delivered. Customers will not need to go to the pharmacy location.

How to Submit Prescriptions

Producers have a few options for submitting their prescriptions:
Original, handwritten prescriptions from your vet can be given directly to your salesperson or mailed to the pharmacy: 2123 W. Wilden Ave, Bldg B, Goshen, IN 46527
You can also have your vet submit your prescription. If it’s the first time your vet will be running a prescription for you through VPSI Pharmacy, then they need to mail the original, handwritten prescription to the pharmacy. After your vet has submitted the first prescription for you they will be associated with your account in our system. They can then call, fax or email future prescriptions in addition to the option of mailing them.
Your prescription and order will be processed and the product will be delivered to you as soon as possible. Once your prescription is on file we can supply you with the Rx product as you need it. Your vet can authorize prescriptions for a period of up to one year.
