LoveWay Featured Therapy Horse: Miracle

At VPSI, we're proud to be able to sponsor the LoveWay horses. LoveWay is a non-profit organization that offers equine-assisted therapy in Middlebury, IN.

Horses that fit perfectly into the program are a rare find. Even great therapy horses take some time to adjust to their new life as a LoveWay horse.

That's why Miracle is so special. He's one of the few horses that entered the program and was ready to go from day one.

LoveWay Ride-A-Thon 2017

Veterinary and Poultry Supply is a proud sponsor of LoveWay. Each year LoveWay hosts a large trail riding event with activities for the whole family. The event is LoveWay's largest annual fundraiser. This will be the 23rd Annual Ride-A-Thon and all of the money raised from the fundraiser goes directly toward running the nonprofit.

LoveWay's New Tack Team Program

Winston Churchill said it best: “No hour of life is wasted that is spent in the saddle.” That statement describes the experience of so many of LoveWay’s riders who come week after week to spend time with their equine partner completing such tasks as grooming to get their horses clean, preparing them for class by putting the appropriate gear, or tack, on their horse, and – best of all – climbing the mounting block and getting on to ride.

Gallop for the Green Golf Outing for LoveWay

Gallop for the Green is one of the annual fundraisers for LoveWay that helps support the riders. This year, the theme is "Swinging for Scholarships" and the profits from the golf outing will go directly into the student scholarship fund. The student scholarship fund is a vital part of enabling LoveWay riders to receive partial or full scholarship assistance.
